Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. This page explains what data we hold, how to request its deletion, and how long the process takes. This procedure complies with GDPR Article 17 ("right to erasure") and Meta's Platform Terms requirement for a user-data deletion mechanism.
What data we may hold about you
Depending on how you have interacted with TFXS, we may hold:
- Your Telegram
user_id, username, language code, and join history.
- Conversation history with our chatbots (e.g. messages exchanged with @JohnFromTfxs or @Pablotfxs).
- Your TFXS license key(s), the MT5 account numbers they are bound to, and the validation history.
- Affiliate conversion records (broker registrations, deposits, qualified trades) attributed to you via Cellxpert postbacks. These records contain a hashed broker user ID — we do not store your name or email in clear text.
- Server logs (IP address, user agent) from your visits to our websites, retained up to 90 days.
How to request deletion

- Include in the email:
- Your Telegram username (e.g.
@yourhandle) and/or Telegram numeric ID if you know it.
- The TFXS license key(s) you want deleted (format
TFXS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), if any.
- The email address you used when registering with one of our partner brokers (so we can correlate the affiliate record), if any.
- A brief statement: "I request the deletion of all personal data TFXS holds about me under GDPR Article 17."
- Verification — we may reply asking you to confirm the request from the same email or Telegram account you used originally, to prevent malicious deletion requests by third parties.
- Confirmation — once verified, we will delete the data within 30 days and email you confirmation of completion.

What we cannot delete (and why)
Some records may be retained even after a deletion request, for the following narrow reasons:
- Legal and accounting records — affiliate commission records and tax-related data may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax law in the operator's jurisdiction, in anonymized or pseudonymized form.
- Aggregated analytics — counts and trends derived from your activity (e.g. "X joins from Mexico in May") may persist in aggregated form that no longer identifies you personally.
- Data on third-party platforms — Meta, Telegram, partner brokers, and Cellxpert each have their own retention policies. We will erase your data from our systems but cannot force erasure from theirs. You can submit deletion requests directly to each:
- Active fraud / abuse investigations — if your account is the subject of an open investigation (license sharing, broker bonus abuse, etc.), we may retain the relevant data until the investigation closes.
Other data rights
Beyond deletion, you also have the right to access, rectify, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your data. See our Privacy Policy §8 for the full list and exercise procedures.
Complaint
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (CNIL in France, ICO in the UK, AEPD in Spain, etc.).
