Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TFXS (The Forex Skyline), including our website, Telegram channels and bots, free MT5 Expert Advisors (TITAN, SNIPER), and any related services. By using any of these, you agree to these Terms.

⚠ Trading risk warning. Trading foreign exchange (forex), gold, indices, cryptocurrencies, and CFDs is highly speculative, carries a substantial level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose part or all of your invested capital. Past performance, including any results we share publicly, is not indicative of future returns. Nothing on TFXS constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and you should consult an independent licensed advisor before trading with real money.

1. About TFXS

TFXS — The Forex Skyline — is a trading-education and software brand that provides:

Free Expert Advisors (TITAN Ultimate, TITAN Sniper) for the MetaTrader 5 platform.
Documentation, set-files, and trading research published on our website and Telegram channels.
Affiliate referrals to regulated forex/CFD brokers (Vantage, VTMarkets, STARTRADER, AxiTrader, and selected white-label brands).

We are not a broker, a money manager, an investment fund, or a regulated financial entity. We do not hold client funds, do not execute trades on your behalf, and do not offer signal-following services with discretionary execution.

2. Eligibility

To use TFXS you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Be legally allowed to trade forex/CFDs in your country of residence. TFXS content is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where retail leveraged FX/CFD trading is restricted (e.g. United States residents using non-US brokers).
Provide accurate registration information when activating an EA license or registering with a partner broker.

3. License grant — TITAN and SNIPER EAs

Subject to these Terms, TFXS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and run the TFXS EAs on a MetaTrader 5 trading account that you control, for your personal trading use only.

What you may not do

Resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the EAs.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source logic from the compiled .ex5 files.
Distribute modified copies, even free of charge.
Bypass the license validation system or run the EA on accounts not authorized by your license key.
Use the EAs to abuse partner-broker bonuses, hedge against your own broker positions, or otherwise violate the broker's own terms.

License keys are bound to specific MT5 account numbers and broker servers. Sharing keys, transferring them between accounts without our authorization, or attempting to use them on more accounts than your tier allows will result in immediate license revocation without refund (the EAs are free, so no refund applies).

4. Affiliate broker disclosure

TFXS partners with regulated brokers and earns referral commission when you register and trade through our affiliate links. This is how we fund our infrastructure and make the EAs free for users. Our partnership with any broker does not constitute endorsement of their regulation status, financial soundness, or suitability for you. You should:

Read the broker's own terms, risk disclosure, and customer agreement before depositing.
Verify the broker's regulation in your jurisdiction.
Understand that the broker, not TFXS, is your counterparty for any trade you place.

5. No financial advice

All content on TFXS — set-files, EAs, screenshots, performance reports, Telegram messages, blog posts, set parameter recommendations — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on TFXS is:

A recommendation to buy or sell any specific instrument.
A guarantee or implication of future performance.
A substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any information from TFXS.

6. User content and conduct

When interacting with our Telegram channels and chatbots, you agree not to:

Post content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes intellectual property.
Attempt to extract personal data of other users from group chats.
Promote competing products, signal services, scams, or "guaranteed profit" schemes.
Spam, automate replies, or scrape our content for redistribution without permission.

We reserve the right to ban any user from our channels and to revoke any EA license at our sole discretion for violation of these conduct rules.

7. Intellectual property

The TFXS name, logo, EAs, set-files, documentation, dashboards, and original content are the intellectual property of TFXS and its operators. You receive only the limited license described in Section 3. All other rights are reserved.

8. Disclaimers

TFXS, its EAs, content, and associated services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim:

Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Any warranty that the EAs will produce profits, will operate without errors, or will be available without interruption.
Any warranty regarding the actions or solvency of partner brokers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TFXS, its operators, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost trading profits, lost data, broker withdrawal issues, or reputational harm — arising out of or related to your use of TFXS.

To the extent any liability is not disclaimable, our aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Since the EAs are free, this typically caps our liability at €100.

10. Termination

You may stop using TFXS at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the EAs, the Telegram channels, or any other service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The current version is always at theforexskyline.com/terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced in our Telegram channels. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TFXS is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the protections of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by email at theforexskyline@gmail.com; if no resolution is reached within 60 days, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of TFXS's place of operation, or before the courts of your residence if mandatory consumer law so requires.
