These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of The Forex Skyline (TFXS) website, community, automated trading tools (the TITAN robots) and related services. By using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. What we provide

TFXS provides access to automated trading software (Expert Advisors for MT4 and MT5), educational content, a trading community, and referrals to third-party brokers and to the Skyline VPS service. We do not place trades on your behalf, manage your money, or operate a brokerage.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on our website, in our community, or in our materials constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We are not a licensed financial adviser or broker. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for evaluating whether automated trading is suitable for you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade derivatives in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that using our services is lawful where you live.

4. Your broker account and funds

You open and fund your own account with a third-party regulated broker. Your funds remain in your name, in your account, at all times. TFXS never holds, receives, withdraws or has custody of your capital. The robots simply execute on your own trading terminal.

5. No guarantee of results

Automated strategies can and do lose money. We make no representation or guarantee regarding profits, win rates, drawdowns or any specific outcome. Figures shown on our site are illustrative or self-reported and are not a promise of future performance.

6. Third-party services

Brokers, the Skyline VPS service, payment processors and messaging platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability or performance.

7. Intellectual property

The TITAN software, branding, content and design are owned by TFXS or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or sublicense them without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to disrupt them, sharing access without authorisation, or using them for unlawful purposes.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TFXS and its team are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TFXS harmless from any claims or losses arising from your use of the services or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination and changes

We may suspend or end access to the services at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TFXS operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
