1. Who we are

"TFXS", "The Forex Skyline", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the TFXS brand and the operator running the website theforexskyline.com, the related sub-domains (go., docs., affiliates., etc.), the Telegram channels and bots, and the free TITAN and SNIPER MT5 Expert Advisors.

2. What we collect

2.1 Website visits (theforexskyline.com, go.theforexskyline.com, docs.theforexskyline.com)

• Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamp.
• Meta Pixel events (PageView, Lead) for ad attribution and audience optimization. The Meta Pixel may set first-party cookies (_fbp) and read URL parameters (fbclid) to attribute your visit to a Meta ad.
• UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_campaign, etc.) when you arrive from a tracked link.

2.2 Telegram bots and channels

• Your Telegram user_id, username (if public), language code, and country (inferred from the invite link you used).
• The text of messages you send to our chatbots (e.g. the lead-responder bot when you DM @JohnFromTfxs or @Pablotfxs).
• The named invite link you used to join one of our public channels — used to attribute your join to a marketing source.

2.3 License key validation (TITAN / SNIPER EAs)

• The license key you generate, the MT5 account number it is bound to, the broker server name, and the timestamp of each validation request.
• Your email address if you provided it during registration with our broker partners (relayed through Cellxpert).

2.4 Affiliate broker conversions

When you register and trade with one of our partner brokers using our affiliate links, the broker (via Cellxpert) sends us postback events with: a hashed broker user ID, the country of registration, the deposit amount tier, and the conversion type (registration, FTD, qualified deposit). We do not receive your personal email or phone from these postbacks.

3. How we use this data

• Service delivery — validate your EA license, route your DM to the correct support persona, deliver your set-files and documentation.
• Marketing optimization — send aggregated, hashed conversion events to Meta (Facebook Conversions API) so we can measure and improve our ad campaigns. No personally identifiable data leaves our servers in clear text.
• Affiliate attribution — track which marketing source (ad campaign, shoutout, organic referral) brought you to our partner brokers, so we can refine our channel mix.
• Communication — send you Telegram messages relevant to your engagement (e.g. follow-up on a DM, broadcast in channels you joined).
• Security and abuse prevention — detect license key sharing, bot abuse, and fraudulent affiliate activity.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

• Consent — when you join a public Telegram channel via our invite link, message one of our bots, or load our website with cookie-supporting features.
• Legitimate interest — for fraud prevention, license abuse detection, and aggregated analytics.
• Contractual necessity — to deliver and maintain the EA licenses you use.

5. Third parties we share data with

We rely on a small set of vendors to operate. We do not sell your data to third parties. We share with:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook) — Pixel events and Conversions API events for ad attribution. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Cellxpert — affiliate tracking system shared with our partner brokers.
• Partner brokers (Vantage, VTMarkets, STARTRADER, AxiTrader, and selected white-label brands) — only when you click an affiliate link and register with them. They become independent data controllers from that point and are subject to their own privacy policies.
• Telegram — all our bots and channels run on Telegram's infrastructure and are subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
• Infrastructure providers — Render (compute), Netlify (web hosting), Supabase (database). They process data on our behalf as data processors.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Our websites use:

• Strictly necessary — session cookies for the authenticated dashboards (Affiliates, License Portal).
• Analytics & advertising — Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp) and similar tags for ad attribution and remarketing.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features (notably the affiliate dashboard) will stop working.

7. Data retention

• Server logs: retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.
• Telegram bot data (lead state, drip schedule): retained for up to 12 months from last activity, then anonymized.
• License keys and validation logs: retained for the lifetime of the license.
• Conversion events: retained for up to 24 months for accounting and ad-platform reconciliation.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, UK, or any jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten") — see /data-deletion for the request procedure.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

9. Trading risk disclaimer

The TFXS Expert Advisors and our content do not constitute financial advice. Trading foreign exchange, gold, indices, and CFDs involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose part or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

10. International transfers

Some of our processors (notably Render, Netlify, Meta, Telegram) operate servers in the United States and other jurisdictions outside the EEA. These transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR-recognized safeguards.

11. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always at theforexskyline.com/privacy with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced in our Telegram channels.
